Who am I?

I am a 23-year-old girl from Treviso, passionate about cooking – but especially about good food, in all its forms and varieties! Although this passion has never turned into a real job, food has always had a special place in my life.

After a course at the Technical High School of Graphics and Communication, I decided to continue my studies at the University of Udine, enrolling in the Public Relations course.

For me, knowledge of the culture of a place starts with food. Every opportunity is good to discover a new flavor, a typical dish or a place that deserves to be tried.

Ever since I was a child, I have always had a desire to have my hands in the dough…even if, at times, this has led to some messes in the kitchen!

My zodiac sign? Pisces! – and yes, I find myself there: I am a born dreamer, emotional, empathetic, and I let myself be guided by passions. I am a big fan of Italian cuisine, from north to south, but among all the dishes I love there is one that holds a special place: the classic American hamburger.

American cuisine has always fascinated me, and burgers are a perfect example of how food can become a creative space. There are endless variations to try and reinvent, but for this time I will focus on the classic proposal: a journey between taste, pop culture and curiosity, with the burger as the absolute protagonist.

For me, food is the most authentic form of love and happiness. And with this site, even if in a small way, I hope to be able to share some of that passion with you.
